Due to the handmade nature of our blankets, returns are accepted within 7 days of confirmed delivery under the following conditions:

• Item must be unused and in original condition• No signs of wear, washing, stretching, or pet exposure

• Free from smoke, perfume, or other odors•

• Returned in original packaging when possible

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval.

Custom orders, discounted items, and clearance purchases are final sale.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
